Anytime Automation provides a complete automation platform that allows facilities (like indoor golf, wellness studios, therapy pods, coworking, and more) to operate 24/7 with little or no staff. It’s a turnkey system covering bookings, access control, lighting, payments, and ongoing support

Est-ce juste pour le golf ?

No. While it was originally built in golf facilities, the automation platform is modular and works with pickleball/racket sports, wellness, fitness, coworking, therapy, and other environments where reliability and simplicity matter

Ai-je encore besoin de personnel ?

Not for day-to-day operations. You may choose local help for cleaning or maintenance, but the customer experience, access, and transactions are all fully automated

Qu'est-ce qui est inclus dans la configuration de l'automatisation ?

The one-time setup includes a complete backend platform, custom admin panel, Stripe integration, smart hardware guidance, and onsite QA/training support. Ongoing licensing covers backend improvements and partner support.

En combien de temps puis-je lancer mon projet ?

Typical onboarding to go-live is 4–6 weeks, depending on construction and setup

Qui s'occupe du service client ?

You do. Anytime Automation supports you (the operator), while your customers remain yours. We provide the tech and tools, not customer-facing service

Que se passe-t-il si quelque chose se casse ?

You’ll have remote access to reset and override systems. Our support team provides live assistance for escalations and troubleshooting. We are always here to assist you

Partenariat et licences

Comment fonctionne le modèle de licence ?

Partners pay a one-time setup fee and an ongoing monthly licensing fee. In some cases, there is also a revenue share agreement tied to gross booking revenue

À qui appartient l’installation et l’équipement ?

You do. Anytime Automation owns the IP and platform, but all physical assets purchased are yours

Quel soutien continu les partenaires reçoivent-ils ?

Full platform updates, responsive technical support, operational guidance, and access to new features as the system evolves

Le modèle est-il évolutif ?

Yes. The automation stack is designed to handle multiple facilities, so expansion doesn’t add complexity or staffing costs

Que faire si je souhaite résilier le contrat ?

If you choose to leave, branding and platform use must be discontinued. An exit fee applies to cover deactivation and brand offboarding
